Services are provided on a "Pay-Per-Hit" basis. Prices for each API are listed on the Marketplace page and vary by service.
Users are allotted 1,000 free request credits per month. These credits do not roll over to the next month.
All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for unused account balances unless the service is permanently discontinued.
You agree not to use our APIs for any illegal activity, including but not limited to copyright infringement or distribution of malicious software. We reserve the right to ban any account suspected of abuse without refund.
Website templates purchased from our Templates section are for your personal or business use. You may not resell or redistribute the source code of the templates themselves.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
